DTF MACHINERY IN VARIOUS MODELS
A DTF (Direct to Film) machine is a device used for digital printing on fabrics, particularly on materials difficult to print with other techniques, such as cotton, polyester, and synthetic blends. The DTF process allows the transfer of ink directly onto a special film, which is then applied to the fabric with a heat press.

- Printer - An inkjet printer modified to use special water-based inks (CMYK + White).
- Inks - Formulated to adhere to the film and ensure a clear and durable transfer.
- PET Film (DTF Film) - A transparent medium on which the design is printed.
- Adhesive powder (Thermal glue) - A special powder applied to the printed ink to create a bond with the fabric.
- Oven or powder shaker - Used to fix the adhesive powder before transfer to the fabric.
- Heat press - Used to transfer the design from the film to the fabric with heat and pressure.
